Order Cancellations
Because materials are sourced specifically for your build, pre-orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the build process begins, and the order is locked in.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our studio, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind. All sales are final once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.

Transit Damage
We heavily reinforce our packages to protect materials like MDF and acrylic during freight. However, if your item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the damaged product. We will work with you directly to repair or replace the affected components.
